Parameters:

• 200 photo pictures of the works of the finalists and winners
• the size of the surface with the image is 90X60cm, the thickness of the surface is 50mm. or more.

Requirements to the exhibition organizer:

• Closed or partially closed unshaded room.
• Free walls.
• To have of fasteners and suspensions sufficient to withstand the weight of photographs.
• Transportation of photographs at their own expense from the place of receipt, agreed with the organizing committee of the competition, to the place of the exhibition.
• Registration of the exhibition by the organizer of the contest or assistance in registration (if required) by a representative of the organizing committee of the competition – is negotiated separately.
• Each of the 200 photographs is supplemented with a type plate with a description: author name, title of work.
• A guarantee of the safety of photographs, supported by a standard Act of acceptance and transfer of inventory items with a specified cost for each unit.
• Provide access for the organizing committee of the contest for the exhibition to the showroom at any time during the work of the exhibition.
• At the end of the exposition, within 3 calendar days, carry out the transportation and return of photographs.
• In the case of a lecture, conversations, master class with the participation of representatives of the ZurArt Association (Serbia), the organizer is obliged to reimburse travel and accommodation costs (flight, transfer, hotel) and also provide:
  • 2 bottles of mineral water 0.5 l;
  • if necessary – a working microphone with a spare set of batteries;
  • temporary room (admissible utility room) for changing clothes;
  • if the event lasts more than 4 hours, it is necessary to provide a set lunch or hot drinks and sandwiches.
• To organizer of the exhibition has the opportunity to additionally print photographs on their own, while maintaining all the rights of the organizer.
• All conditions are pre-negotiated with representatives of the competition.

• The organizer of the exhibition itself carries out the creation and transportation of the works of the winners and finalists of the competition.
• The design of the exposition is carried out by the organizer of exhibition.
• The organizing committee of the contest provides data for a typical plate with a description of the work: full name author and title of works.
• Provide access for the organizing committee of the contest for the exhibition to the showroom at any time during the work of the exhibition.
